Roll Cages and Chassis
SFI Spec Roll Cage

A custom precision bent cage allows for fine tuning not offered in universal kits to make sure every bar is as tight to the body as possible. This gives the driver extra room in the cockpit and makes sure there is minimal impedance when looking out the front windshield. All cage materials are Docol R8 and tig welded to SFI specifications. 25.5, 25.4, 25.3 certification chassis available as well. Certifications for other organizations available on request.

Pricing starts at $4000 for an SFI 8.50 spec Docol R8roll cage on unibody cars. Additional options would include gussets, billet door bar swing outs, rear x brace etc. Factory framed vehicles require additional bars through the floor and connecting to factory frame, Factory framed vehicles starting at $5000.

Swing Outs

Street cars with SFI certified roll cages can be a pain to enter and exit with a properly placed door bar. Billet swing outs are a simple solution to allow easier entry and exit. Quick release pins at the top allow a quick release swing out bar which still remains SFI certified up to 8,50 and slower.

Headers

Custom headers are a great addition to any vehicle where space is limited and an off the shelf product just wont do. Stop ordering cheap headers to that have to be modified with a sledge hammer to fit your application. Dedicated race enthusiasts looking for an edge can also benefit from a custom set of headers to improve exhaust flow and squeeze out every ounce of power your platform has to offer.

Pricing starts at $625 per cylinder. All headers will come with a v band collector and o2 sensor bungs unless otherwise specified. Additional options can include features such as anti lag ports, individual runner EGT probes, pie cut runners etc. Log style manifolds also available, pricing depends on platform.

Fuel Cells

Custom fuel cells are a must for anything requiring a tight fit or for when an off the shelf product just won't fit your application. All cells are built custom to your specs and can include a number of options such as roll over valves, clean out doors, fuel return tubes, flush mounting brackets, baffles, as well as any size AN fittings your application requires.

Catch Cans

Turbo applications can cause excessive crank case pressures which can lead to leaking seals, blown rear mains and oily messes. Keep the oil off the track and incorporate a custom catch can to contain all that extra pressure. All cans come with a drain, internal baffles and your specification of AN fitting. Cans are built any shape and size for a wide variety of applications.

High Capacity LS Oil Pan Modification

Convert your factory 6qt. LS oil pan to hold 7.5qts or more upon request. This modification allows you to take advantage of a higher capacity oil reservoir, while retaining all the convenience of your factory oil pan. Still works with factory oil pickup tube.

Back Half Kits

If you are sick of traction management issues and are ready for a serious upgrade to your chassis, a back half kit will solve many of your chassis problems. This kit allows you the infinite adjustability of a 4 link suspension with coilover shock mounts and anti roll system. Complete with tin work and wheel tubbs, you will have a more rigid frame as well as more room to throw on some meaty tires to help get all the power to the ground.etails Here

Miscellaneous metal repair and modification such as cylinder head repair, header modification, cracked or broken welds, smashed exhaust, fuel cell leaks, installing o2 sensor bungs or drain plugs, etc. Typically a 24hr turn around time on quick repairs and modifications.
