Roll Cages and Chassis

SFI Spec Roll Cage

  • A custom precision bent cage allows for fine tuning not offered in universal kits to make sure every bar is as tight to the body as possible. This gives the driver extra room in the cockpit and makes sure there is minimal impedance when looking out the front windshield. All cage materials are Docol R8 and tig welded to SFI specifications. 25.5, 25.4, 25.3 certification chassis available as well. Certifications for other organizations available on request.

  • Pricing starts at $4000 for an SFI 8.50 spec Docol R8roll cage on unibody cars. Additional options would include gussets, billet door bar swing outs, rear x brace etc. Factory framed vehicles require additional bars through the floor and connecting to factory frame, Factory framed vehicles starting at $5000.

Cage Modification/Upgrade

  • Modifications or additions to existing roll cage such as window nets, mounting brackets, swing - outs, updates to faster SFI spec. etc.

  • Pricing based on shop rate $100-hr plus materials, built to spec.

Swing Outs

  • Street cars with SFI certified roll cages can be a pain to enter and exit with a properly placed door bar. Billet swing outs are a simple solution to allow easier entry and exit. Quick release pins at the top allow a quick release swing out bar which still remains SFI certified up to 8,50 and slower.

Exhaust

Full Race Exhaust

  • Full race exhaust systems available for a variety of applications including Harleys/motorcycle, SXS, diesel trucks, import, hot rod, etc.

Downpipes

  • Custom downpipes available for any application. Diesel, import, domestic, compound turbo etc.

Headers

  • Custom headers are a great addition to any vehicle where space is limited and an off the shelf product just wont do. Stop ordering cheap headers to that have to be modified with a sledge hammer to fit your application. Dedicated race enthusiasts looking for an edge can also benefit from a custom set of headers to improve exhaust flow and squeeze out every ounce of power your platform has to offer.

  • Pricing starts at $625 per cylinder. All headers will come with a v band collector and o2 sensor bungs unless otherwise specified. Additional options can include features such as anti lag ports, individual runner EGT probes, pie cut runners etc. Log style manifolds also available, pricing depends on platform.

Cold Side

  • Cold side piping for any application made to make the most convenient fit in your engine bay. Made to your specification of v band, vanjen or boot style connections.

Hot Side

  • A custom hot side kit is sure to grab the attention of any spectator who looks under the hood. But aesthetics is not the only reason to consider custom hot side kit. Stop struggling with boost creep because of faulty waste gate plumbing. Give your waste gates priority routing so that they can work as efficiently as possible.

Intercoolers

  • Hot intake temperatures can rob an engine of valuable power especially on street cars driving around in traffic. Upgrade your setup and get a custom built Intercooler as big as can fit in your engine bay and eliminate high IATs forever!

Cells & Containers

Fuel Cells

  • Custom fuel cells are a must for anything requiring a tight fit or for when an off the shelf product just won't fit your application. All cells are built custom to your specs and can include a number of options such as roll over valves, clean out doors, fuel return tubes, flush mounting brackets, baffles, as well as any size AN fittings your application requires.

  • Basic 20gal cells starting at $800, all cells internally baffled and come with sump, rollover valve, return bung, cap and level sending unit. built to customer specifications, optional fitting sizes and bungs available

Catch Cans

  • Turbo applications can cause excessive crank case pressures which can lead to leaking seals, blown rear mains and oily messes. Keep the oil off the track and incorporate a custom catch can to contain all that extra pressure. All cans come with a drain, internal baffles and your specification of AN fitting. Cans are built any shape and size for a wide variety of applications.

High Capacity LS Oil Pan Modification

  • Convert your factory 6qt. LS oil pan to hold 7.5qts or more upon request. This modification allows you to take advantage of a higher capacity oil reservoir, while retaining all the convenience of your factory oil pan. Still works with factory oil pickup tube.

Suspension & Axles

Axle Fabrication

  • Axle fabrication including but not limited to narrowing, gussets ad bracing, shock brackets, 4 link brackets, leaf spring perches, anti roll control mounting, housing ends.

Ladder Bars & 4 Link

  • Make sure you are taking advantage of the power your platform offers by switching to a 4 link or ladder bar setup. An adjustable 4 link suspension allows you to apply torque on the chassis with specific instant center and anti squat plotting to maximize traction on any surface.

Anti-Roll Control

  • If you have ever left the line with one tire in the air, the rear end planted and promptly driving you into the other lane or into the wall, you know first hand how important it is to have adequate roll control to keep your chassis straight. An anti roll bar is a great upgrade for almost any platform where traction is not an issue.

Engine Stands

  • Custom engine stands for any model engine. Folding and mobile with the use of heavy duty casters.

  • $500 as shown for big block.

Back Half and Chassis

Back Half Kits

  • If you are sick of traction management issues and are ready for a serious upgrade to your chassis, a back half kit will solve many of your chassis problems. This kit allows you the infinite adjustability of a 4 link suspension with coilover shock mounts and anti roll system. Complete with tin work and wheel tubbs, you will have a more rigid frame as well as more room to throw on some meaty tires to help get all the power to the ground.etails Here

Tin Work

  • Finish out that custom back half kit with the tin work to match. Miscellaneous tin work including but not limited to firewall modifications, rear fire blocks, rear seat deletes, transmission tunnel modification, full floor pan, inner fenders, etc.

Wheel Tubs

  • When you need to make room for some bigger rubber, sometimes a mini tub or full wheel tub is the next option. Will be sealed to quarter panel not welded.

Misc. Fabrication

Drag Wing

  • Drag wings designed in either strut style or strutless. Different styles and options available per customer request. All aluminum to save weight. Raw finish either brushed or polished per customer request.

Motor/Transmission Mounts

  • Custom motor mounts and crossmembers for any swap any drivetrain, build to spec. can be made with custom motor plate and mid plate upon request.

General Repair

  • Miscellaneous metal repair and modification such as cylinder head repair, header modification, cracked or broken welds, smashed exhaust, fuel cell leaks, installing o2 sensor bungs or drain plugs, etc. Typically a 24hr turn around time on quick repairs and modifications.

  • $100hr rate with a $50 minimum regardless of time.
